About Us
Staff development is our specialty. We have helped hundreds of teachers find more effective strategies for instructional delivery and student learning. Our focus is helping teachers become more confident and productive in the classroom. Student achievement is the ultimate goal of every service we provide. Staff development is custom-designed to meet building and district goals. We provide consultation, planning, and delivery of professional development to meet specified goals and time frames.

The staff at Learning Mechanics has been training teachers since 1996. Learning Mechanics' approach is teacher and student friendly, research-based, and result-driven. Participants are actively engaged throughout the training in hands-on learning and professional dialogue.
